RESUMO

Cold-adapted proteases are capable of efficient protein hydrolysis at reduced temperatures, which offer significant potential applications in the area of low temperature food processing. In this paper, we attempted to characterize cold-adapted proteases from Antarctic krill. Antarctic krill possesses an extremely active autolytic enzyme system in their bodies, and the production of peptides and free amino acids accompanies the rapid breakdown of muscle proteins following the death. The crucial role of trypsin in this process is recognized. A cold-adapted trypsin named OUC-Pp-20 from Antarctic krill genome was cloned and expressed in Pichia pastoris. Recombinant trypsin is a monomeric protein of 26.8 ± 1.0 kDa with optimum reaction temperature at 25 °C. In addition, the catalytic specificity of OUC-Pp-20 was assessed by identifying its hydrolysis sites through LC-MS/MS. OUC-Pp-20 appeared to prefer Gln and Asn at the P1 position, which is an amino acid with an amide group in its side chain. Hydrolysis reactions on milk and shrimp meat revealed that it can effectively degrade allergenic components in milk and arginine kinase in shrimp meat. These findings update the current knowledge of cold-adapted trypsin and demonstrate the potential application of OUC-Pp-20 in low temperature food processing.

Gastric cancer (GC) is among the most lethal human malignancies, yet it remains hampered by challenges in fronter of molecular-guided targeted therapy to direct clinical treatment strategies. The protein tyrosine phosphatase Src homology 2 domain-containing phosphatase 2 (SHP2) is involved in the malignant progression of GC. However, the detailed mechanisms of the posttranslational modifications of SHP2 remain poorly understood. Herein, we demonstrated that an allosteric SHP2 inhibitor, SHP099, was able to block tumor proliferation and migration of GC by dephosphorylating the pyruvate kinase M2 type (PKM2) protein. Mechanistically, we found that PKM2 is a bona fide target of SHP2. The dephosphorylation and activation of PKM2 by SHP2 are necessary to exacerbate tumor progression and GC glycolysis. Moreover, we demonstrated a strong correlation between the phosphorylation level of PKM2 and adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in GC cells. Notably, the low phosphorylation expression of AMPK was negatively correlated with activated SHP2. Besides, we proved that cisplatin could activate SHP2 and SHP099 increased sensitivity to cisplatin in GC. Taken together, our results provide evidence that the SHP2/PKM2/AMPK axis exerts a key role in GC progression and glycolysis and could be a viable therapeutic approach for the therapy of GC.

Ultrashort pulses, characterized by their short pulse duration, diverse spectral content, and high peak power, are widely used in fields including laser processing, optical storage, biomedical sciences, and laser imaging. The complex, highly-nonlinear process of ultrashort pulse evolution within fiber lasers is influenced by numerous aspects such as dispersion, loss, gain, and nonlinear effects. Traditionally, the split-step Fourier transforms method is employed for simulating ultrashort pulses in fiber lasers, which involves traversing multiple parameters within the fiber to attain the pulse's optimal state. The simulation is a significantly time-consuming process. Here, we use a neural network model to fit and predict the impact of multiple parameters on the pulse characteristics within fiber lasers, enabling parameter optimization through genetic algorithms to determine the optimal pulse duration, pulse energy, and peak power. Integrating artificial intelligence algorithms simplifies the acquisition of optimal pulse parameters and enhances our understanding of multiple parameters' impact on the pulse characteristics. The investigation of ultrashort pulse optimization based on artificial intelligence holds immense potential for laser design.

Environmental factors significantly impact grain mycobiome assembly and mycotoxin contamination. However, there is still a lack of understanding regarding the wheat mycobiome and the role of fungal communities in the interaction between environmental factors and mycotoxins. In this study, we collected wheat grain samples from 12 major wheat-producing provinces in China during both the harvest and storage periods. Our aim was to evaluate the mycobiomes in wheat samples with varying deoxynivalenol (DON) contamination levels and to confirm the correlation between environmental factors, the wheat mycobiome, and mycotoxins. The results revealed significant differences in the wheat mycobiome and co-occurrence network between contaminated and uncontaminated wheat samples. Fusarium was identified as the main differential taxon responsible for inducing DON contamination in wheat. Correlation analysis identified key factors affecting mycotoxin contamination. The results indicate that both environmental factors and the wheat mycobiome play significant roles in the production and accumulation of DON. Environmental factors can affect the wheat mycobiome assembly, and wheat mycobiome mediates the interaction between environmental factors and mycotoxin contamination. Furthermore, a random forest (RF) model was developed using key biological indicators and environmental features to predict DON contamination in wheat with accuracies exceeding 90 %. The findings provide data support for the accurate prediction of mycotoxin contamination and lay the foundation for the research on biological control technologies of mycotoxin through the assembly of synthetic microbial communities.

Thyroid dysgenesis (TD) is the common pathogenic mechanism of congenital hypothyroidism (CH). In addition, known pathogenic genes are limited to those that are directly involved in thyroid development. To identify additional candidate pathogenetic genes, we performed forward genetic screening for TD in zebrafish, followed by positional cloning. The candidate gene was confirmed in vitro using the Nthy-ori 3.1 cell line and in vivo using a zebrafish model organism. We obtained a novel zebrafish line with thyroid dysgenesis and identified the candidate pathogenetic gene taf1 by positional cloning. Further molecular studies revealed that taf1 was needed for the proliferation of thyroid follicular cells by binding to the NOTCH1 promoter region. Knockdown of TAF1 impaired the proliferation and maturation of thyroid cells, thereby leading to thyroid dysplasia. This study showed that TAF1 promoted Notch signaling and that this association played a pivotal role in thyroid development.

Objective: To explore the application effect of intelligent health education based on the health belief model on patients with postoperative kinesophobia after surgical treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted with patients who underwent anterior cervical discectomy, decompression, and fusion surgery with a single central nerve and spine center, and who had postoperative kinesophobia, ie, fear of movement. The patients made voluntary decisions concerning whether they would receive the intervention of intelligent health education. The patients were divided into a control group and an intelligent education group and the intervention started on the second day after the surgery. The intelligent education group received intelligent education starting from the second day after surgery through a WeChat widget that used the health belief model as the theoretical framework. The intelligent health education program was designed according to the concept of patient problems, needs, guidance, practice, and feedbacks. It incorporated four modules, including knowledge, intelligent exercise, overcoming obstacles, and sharing and interaction. It had such functions as reminders, fun exercise, shadowing exercise, monitoring, and documentation. Health education for the control group also started on the second day after surgery and was conducted by a method of brochures of pictures and text and WeChat group reminder messages. The participants were surveyed before discharge and 3 months after their surgery. The primary outcome measure compared between the two groups was the degree of kinesophobia. Secondary outcome measures included differences in adherence to functional exercise (Functional Exercise Adherence Scale), pain level (Visual Analogue Scale score), degree of cervical functional impairment (Cervical Disability Index), and quality of life (primarily assessed by the Quality of Life Short Form 12 [SF-12] scale for psychological and physiological health scores). Results: A total of 112 patients were enrolled and 108 patients completed follow-up. Eventually, there were 53 cases in the intelligent education group and 55 cases in the control group. None of the patients experienced any sports-related injuries. There was no statistically significant difference in the primary and secondary outcome measures between the two groups at the time of discharge. At the 3-month follow-up after the surgery, the level of kinesophobia in the intelligent education group (25.72±3.90) was lower than that in the control group (29.67±6.16), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the intelligent education group, the degree of pain (expressed in the median [25th percentile, 75th percentile]) was lower than that of the control group (0 [0, 0] vs. 1 [1, 2], P<0.05), the functional exercise adherence was better than that of the control group (63.87±7.26 vs. 57.73±8.07, P<0.05), the psychological health was better than that of the control group (40.78±3.98 vs. 47.78±1.84, P<0.05), and the physical health was better than that of the control group (43.16±4.41 vs. 46.30±3.80, P<0.05), with all the differences being statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of cervical functional impairment between the two groups (1 [1, 2] vs. 3 [2, 7], P>0.05). Conclusion: Intelligent health education based on the health belief model can help reduce the degree of kinesophobia in patients with postoperative kinesophobia after surgical treatment of cervical spondylosis and improve patient prognosis.

2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB), a secondary metabolite produced by cyanobacteria, often causes a musty odour in water, threatening the safety of drinking water supplies. This study investigated the effects of the growth phases on the production of 2-MIB by Pseudanabaena. The effects of cell characteristics on the production and release of 2-MIB were also explored. The total 2-MIB concentration increased during the exponential phase and decreased during the declining phase, which was consistent with the changes in cell density. However, the total 2-MIB yield (1.12-1.27 fg cell-1) of Pseudanabaena did not significantly differ throughout the growth cycle (p > 0.05). Meanwhile, the extracellular 2-MIB yield increased significantly from 0.31 fg cell-1 in the exponential phase to 0.76 fg cell-1 in the declining phase (p < 0.05), and the corresponding proportion of extracellular 2-MIB improved from 25.13% to 59.16% (p < 0.05). The surge in extracellular 2-MIB during the declining phase could be attributed to the breaking of the Pseudanabaena filament, as indicated by the decrease in Dmean during cell ageing. The findings of this study contribute to a more inclusive comprehension and management of musty odour issues resulting from cyanobacteria in the water supply.

Melatonin improves chronic stress-induced hippocampal damage and depression-like behaviors, but the mechanism needs further study. This study was to explore the mechanism of melatonin inhibiting microglia pyroptosis. In virtro experiments, melatonin improved corticosterone-induced the ultrastructure and microstructure damage of HAPI cells by inhibiting pyroptosis, thereby increasing cell survival rate. Protein-protein interaction network and molecular autodocking predicted that Cathespin B might be the target of melatonin inhibition of NLRP3-mediated pyroptosis. Melatonin inhibited corticosterone-induced Cathespin B expression. Both Cathepsin B inhibitor CA-074Me and NLRP3 knockout inhibited the HAPI cells pyroptosis. Similarly, melatonin inhibited Cathepsin B agonist Pazopanib-induced activation of Cathepsin B/NLRP3 signaling pathway and HAPI cells pyroptosis. In vivo studies, melatonin inhibited chronic restraint stress (CRS)-induced activation of Cathepsin B/NLRP3 signaling pathway and alleviated hippocampal microglia pyroptosis in rats. Inhibition of microglia pyroptosis improved CRS-induced depression-like behaviors of rats. In addition, inhibition of Cathepsin B and NLRP3 alleviated hippocampal pyroptosis. Melatonin inhibited Pazopanib-induced activation of Cathepsin B/NLRP3 signaling pathway and hippocampal pyroptosis. These results demonstrated that melatonin could alleviate CRS-induced hippocampal microglia pyroptosis by inhibiting Cathepsin B/NLRP3 signaling pathway, thereby improving depression-like behaviors in rats. This study reveals the molecular mechanism of melatonin in the prevention and treatment of chronic stress-related encephalopathy.

RATIONALE: Hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (HSOS), which includes hepatic stasis and portal hypertension, is a rare vascular disorder of the liver. It is often associated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It is also possible to treat this disease using Chinese herbal medicines that contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs). This disease is extremely rare in children and poses a serious threat to their health. To our knowledge, this is the first case of HSOS in a child with PAs. PATIENT CONCERNS: We report a 4-year-old boy suffering from abdominal pain, hepatomegaly, massive ascites, elevated liver enzyme level, and severe portal hypertension as a result of the consumption of Gynura segetum (also known as Tusanqi in Chinese, a traditional herbal medicine containing PAs). DIAGNOSES: The child was finally diagnosed with PA-HSOS based on pathological diagnosis and imaging examination. INTERVENTION: With active symptomatic and supportive care and sequential anticoagulation therapy, the abdominal distension and liver function improved in the patient. OUTCOMES: The patient was eventually recovered. The levels of liver enzymes, hemoglobin, and bilirubin were normal, and the international normalized ratio fluctuated between 2.0 and 3.0 during 1-year follow-up after discharge. LESSONS: This case report emphasizes the prevention of Chinese herb-induced liver injury in children and the importance of active long-term sequential anticoagulant therapy to reduce the progressive damage of PA-HSOS in the liver.

Background: Genetic defects in the human thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor (TSHR) gene can cause congenital hypothyroidism (CH). However, the biological functions and comprehensive genotype-phenotype relationships for most TSHR variants associated with CH remain unexplored. We aimed to identify TSHR variants in Chinese patients with CH, analyze the functions of the variants, and explore the relationships between TSHR genotypes and clinical phenotypes. Methods: In total, 367 patients with CH were recruited for TSHR variant screening using whole-exome sequencing. The effects of the variants were evaluated by in-silico programs such as SIFT and polyphen2. Furthermore, these variants were transfected into 293T cells to detect their Gs/cyclic AMP and Gq/11 signaling activity. Results: Among the 367 patients with CH, 17 TSHR variants, including three novel variants, were identified in 45 patients, and 18 patients carried biallelic TSHR variants. In vitro experiments showed that 10 variants were associated with Gs/cyclic AMP and Gq/11 signaling pathway impairment to varying degrees. Patients with TSHR biallelic variants had lower serum TSH levels and higher free triiodothyronine and thyroxine levels at diagnosis than those with DUOX2 biallelic variants. Conclusions: We found a high frequency of TSHR variants in Chinese patients with CH (12.3%), and 4.9% of cases were caused by TSHR biallelic variants. Ten variants were identified as loss-of-function variants. The data suggest that the clinical phenotype of CH patients caused by TSHR biallelic variants is relatively mild. Our study expands the TSHR variant spectrum and provides further evidence for the elucidation of the genetic etiology of CH.

Non-homogeneous enzyme-catalyzed systems are more widely used than homogeneous systems. Distinguished from the conventional biphasic approach, Pickering emulsion stabilized by ultrafine solid particles opens up an innovative platform for biocatalysis. Their vast specific surface area significantly enhances enzyme-substrate interactions, dramatically increasing catalytic efficiency. This review comprehensively explores various aspects of Pickering emulsion biocatalysis, provides insights into the multiple types and mechanisms of its catalysis, and offers strategies for material design, enzyme immobilization, emulsion formation control, and reactor design. Characterization methods are summarized for the determination of drop size, emulsion type, interface morphology, and emulsion potential. Furthermore, recent reports on the design of stimuli-responsive reaction systems are reviewed, enabling the simple control of demulsification. Moreover, the review explores applications of Pickering emulsion in single-step, cascade, and continuous flow reactions and outlines the challenges and future directions for the field. Overall, we provide a review focusing on Pickering emulsions catalysis, which can draw the attention of researchers in the field of catalytic system design, further empowering next-generation bioprocessing.

Fusobacterium necrophorum (F. necrophorum) infection is rare in pediatrics. In addition, the detection time of F. necrophorum by blood culture is long, and the positive rate is low. Infection with F. necrophorum bacilli usually follows rapid disease progression, resulting in high mortality. In previous reports of F. necrophorum-related cases, the most dangerous moment of the disease occurred after the appearance of Lemierre's syndrome. We report an atypical case of a 6-year-old female patient who developed septic shock within 24 h of admission due to F. necrophorum infection in the absence of Lemierre's syndrome. F. necrophorum was identified in a blood sample by metagenomics next-generation sequencing (mNGS) but not by standard blood culture. The patient was finally cured and discharged after receiving timely and effective targeted anti-infection treatment. In the present case study, it was observed that the heightened virulence and invasiveness of F. necrophorum contribute significantly to its role as a primary pathogen in pediatric septic shock. This can precipitate hemodynamic instability and multiple organ failure, even in the absence of Lemierre's syndrome. The use of mNGS can deeply and rapidly identify infectious pathogens, guide the use of targeted antibiotics, and greatly improve the survival rate of patients.

The pancreas not only is situated in a complex abdominal background but is also surrounded by other abdominal organs and adipose tissue, resulting in blurred organ boundaries. Accurate segmentation of pancreatic tissue is crucial for computer-aided diagnosis systems, as it can be used for surgical planning, navigation, and assessment of organs. In the light of this, the current paper proposes a novel Residual Double Asymmetric Convolution Network (ResDAC-Net) model. Firstly, newly designed ResDAC blocks are used to highlight pancreatic features. Secondly, the feature fusion between adjacent encoding layers fully utilizes the low-level and deep-level features extracted by the ResDAC blocks. Finally, parallel dilated convolutions are employed to increase the receptive field to capture multiscale spatial information. ResDAC-Net is highly compatible to the existing state-of-the-art models, according to three (out of four) evaluation metrics, including the two main ones used for segmentation performance evaluation (i.e., DSC and Jaccard index).

Z-scheme heterojunction Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 was obtained by a novel hydrothermal process; its photocatalysis-persulfate (PDS) activation for tetracycline (TC) removal was explored under solar light (SL). The structure and photoelectrochemistry behavior of fabricated samples were well characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XPS, SEM-EDS, UV-vis DRS, Mott-Schottky, PL, photocurrent response, EIS and BET. The critical experimental factors in TC decomposition were investigated, including the Bi2WO6 doping ratio, catalyst dosage, TC concentration, PDS dose, pH, co-existing ion and humic acid (HA). The optimum test conditions were as follows: 0.4 g/L Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 (BC-3), 20 mg/L TC, 20 mg/L PDS and pH = 6.49, and the maximum removal efficiency of TC was 98.0% in 60 min. The decomposition rate in BC-3/SL/PDS system (0.0446 min-1) was 3.05 times higher than that of the g-C3N4/SL/PDS system (0.0146 min-1), which might be caused by the high-efficiency electron transfer inside the Z-scheme Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 heterojunction. Furthermore, the photogenerated hole (h+), superoxide (O2•-), sulfate radical (SO4•-) and singlet oxygen (1O2) were confirmed as the key oxidation factors in the BC-3/SL/PDS system for TC degradation by a free radical quenching experiment. Particularly, BC-3 possessed a wide application potential in actual antibiotic wastewater treatment for its superior catalytic performance that emerged in the experiment of co-existing components.

Bone implants for different body parts require varying mechanical properties, dimensions, and biodegradability rates. Currently, it is still challenging to produce artificial bones with perfect compatibility with human bones. In this study, a silk-fabric reinforced silk material (SFS) composed of pure silk with exceptional biocompatibility, osteogenesis, and biodegradability is reported, and demonstrates its outstanding performance as a bone implant material. The SFS is fabricated using a simple hot-pressing technique, with degummed silk fabric as the reinforcement and silk fibroin as the matrix. The SFS as a self-reinforced composite, has exceptional mechanical properties due to the almost perfect interface between the matrix and reinforcement. More importantly, its mechanical properties, biodegradability rates, and density can be tailored by adjusting the reinforcement structure and the ratio of the reinforcement to the matrix to align with the requirements for bone implantation in different parts of the human body. Besides, the SFS can improve osteoblastic proliferation and increase osteogenic activity, which is not the case with clinically used titanium alloy artificial bone. Therefore, the SFS holds significant potential to replace conventional metal or ceramic implants in the field of medical fracture repair.

Bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG) is a live strain of Mycobacterium bovis (M.bovis) for use as an attenuated vaccine to prevent tuberculosis (TB) infection, while it could also lead to an infection in immunodeficient patients. M.bovis could infect patients with immunodeficiency via BCG vaccination. Disseminated BCG disease (BCGosis) is extremely rare and has a high mortality rate. This article presents a case of a 3-month-old patient with disseminated BCG infection who was initially diagnosed with hemophagocytic syndrome (HPS) and eventually found to have X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (X-SCID). M.bovis and its drug resistance genes were identified by metagenomics next-generation sequencing (mNGS) combined with targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) in blood and cerebrospinal fluid. Whole exome sequencing (WES) revealed a pathogenic variant in the common γ-chain gene (IL2RG), confirming X-SCID. Finally, antituberculosis therapy and umbilical cord blood transplantation were given to the patient. He was successfully cured of BCGosis, and his immune function was restored. The mNGS combined with the tNGS provided effective methods for diagnosing rare BCG infections in children. Their combined application significantly improved the sensitivity and specificity of the detection of M.bovis.

Leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinases (LRR-RLKs) can participate in the regulation of plant growth and development, immunity and signal transduction. Sesamum indicum, one of the most important oil crops, has a significant role in promoting human health. In this study, 175 SiLRR-RLK genes were identified in S. indicum, and they were subdivided into 12 subfamilies by phylogenetic analysis. Gene duplication analysis showed that the expansion of the SiLRR-RLK family members in the sesame was mainly due to segmental duplication. Moreover, the gene expansion of subfamilies IV and III contributed to the perception of stimuli under M. phaseolina stress in the sesame. The collinearity analysis with other plant species revealed that the duplication of SiLRR-RLK genes occurred after the differentiation of dicotyledons and monocotyledons. The expression profile analysis and functional annotation of SiLRR-RLK genes indicated that they play a vital role in biotic stress. Furthermore, the protein-protein interaction and coexpression networks suggested that SiLRR-RLKs contributed to sesame resistance to Macrophomina phaseolina by acting alone or as a polymer with other SiLRR-RLKs. In conclusion, the comprehensive analysis of the SiLRR-RLK gene family provided a framework for further functional studies on SiLRR-RLK genes.

In this study, a method was proposed to prepare biocomposites from polylactic acid (PLA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG)-modified lignin using twin-screw extrusion process. The structure of PEG-modified lignin was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gel permeation chromatographic (GPC) analysis. The effects of different contents of soda lignin and PEG-modified lignin on PLA composites were studied by tensile test, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and degradation analysis. The experimental results showed that the addition of PEG-modified lignin enhanced the heat resistance of PLA composite. PLA could be combined with up to 30 % PEG-modified lignin, with no significant reduction in tensile strength properties. Compared with PLA-L30, the tensile stress and elongation at break of PLA-PL30 were increased by 26.4 % and 78.9 %, respectively. This approach provided a new way to produce high-performance lignin based-PLA composites and had certain industrial application value.

OBJECTIVE: This study endeavored to explore the relationship between exosome-derived lncRNA Double Homeobox A Pseudogene 8 (DUXAP8) and Chondroitin Polymerizing Factor 2 (CHPF2), and their roles in the pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysm (IA). METHODS: The shared targeted molecules (DUXAP8 and CHPF2) were detected via GSE122897 and GSE75436 datasets. A total of 312 patients with IAs were incorporated into this study. Exosomes were isolated from serum samples, and their identity was confirmed using Western blotting for exosomal markers (CD9, CD63 and ALIX). Inflammatory responses in IA tissues were evaluated using Hematoxylin-Eosin staining. CHPF2 protein concentration and the expression levels of DUXAP8 and CHPF2 mRNA in exosomal samples were assessed using Immunochemistry (IHC), Western Blotting, and qRT-PCR, respectively. Cell-based assays involving Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HuvECs), including transfection with exosomal DUXAP8, Western Blotting, qRT-PCR, and Cell Counting Kit-8, were conducted. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves were derived using SPSS. RESULTS: DUXAP8 level affects the level of CHPF2. DUXAP8 expression within exosomes was associated with increased CD9, CD63, ALIX and CHPF2 levels during IA development and inflammatory stress. In HuvECs, transfection with exosomes carrying DUXAP8 siRNA resulted in reduced CHPF2 expression, whereas DUXAP8 mimic increased CHPF2 concentrations. The Area Under the ROC Curve (AUC) for exosomal DUXAP8 expression and CHPF2 levels, and aneurysm size was 0.768 (95% CI, 0.613 to 0.924), 0.937 (95% CI, 0.853 to 1.000), and 0.943 (95% CI, 0.860, 1.000), respectively. CONCLUSION: Exosome-derived DUXAP8 promotes IA progression by affecting CHPF2 expression.

In this paper, we study the micro-motion characteristics of multi-feature targets based on a double pulse coherent system under atmospheric conditions. The theoretical model for echo signal and micro-motion characteristics of a 3D target in double pulse coherent system is deduced. We discuss the influence of micro-motion characteristics, the relative size of light spot and target, target shapes, and incident direction on frequency shift. LRCS (Lidar cross-section), echo waveform, intensity and radiation energy distribution under different conditions are obtained additionally. Simulation results conclude that these parameters are of advantage to the inversion of target shape properties and motion types.
